Shipping policy

Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.  

Please note that processing time begins on the next business day after your order is placed.  

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.  

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, lost, or damaged packages. Any issues that occur during transit must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
