Refund policy

We have a 7-10 day return policy, which means you have max 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, no stains, nor odors or perfumes and in its original packaging. As for custom orders they are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, if there is an error on our part (such as a defect, incorrect design, or wrong item), please contact us within 7-10 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work to resolve it, which may include a replacement or store credit. Refunds will only be issued in cases where a resolution cannot be reasonably provided and the issue is determined to be our responsibility. You'll also need proof of error or defect on items for all returns and refunds.

All "final sale" items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. By purchasing a final sale item, you acknowledge that the item cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

(For returns or exchanges not caused by an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
